The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation (SGBFF) works to build a more equal and resilient world. We bring people together to support each other through four initiatives: LeanIn.OrgLeanInGirls.OrgOptionB.Org, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Program Success Manager to help grow and scale our Lean In Girls program. As the Program Success Manager, you’ll play an instrumental role in refining our systems and operations to create a seamless, scalable workflow designed to increase efficiencies and drive impact. The ideal candidate thrives in a start-up environment, is comfortable building the plane while flying it, is a passionate problem-solver, and delights in shifting from manual to automated processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team and help shape a program that is on a mission to inspire and empower the next generation of women leaders!

What You Will Do

  • Manage and oversee program operations in alignment with the strategic goals and vision of the Lean In Girls program.
  • Continuously analyze and refine processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows in Hubspot (and other tools) to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Apply technology solutions to solve scaling challenges and streamline operations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (as needed) on operational projects to drive program success.
  • Build and maintain CRM reports and dashboards in Hubspot to provide real-time insights on partner engagement and program performance.
  • Support in the program evaluation process – including driving data collection and analysis – to help inform strategic decisions and accelerate impact.
  • Support in preparing impact reporting and evaluation updates for senior leadership, board of directors, partners, external audiences, and staff.
  • In collaboration with the partnership team, lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have a seamless experience – answering questions, providing ongoing support, and maintaining a customer-first lens in all interactions.
  • Support the partnerships team by managing the partnership agreement process and ensuring all necessary documents and processes are in place.
  • Play a driving role in the move toward full CRM (Hubspot) adoption and utilization – leading the transition from Google Sheets to CRM.
  • Identify ongoing process improvements with our CRM tracking and reporting systems.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring it is fully functional and meets the needs of the full program team.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM by setting up regular audits, data cleaning processes, and system updates.

What You Will Bring

  • 7+ years of operations, CRM management, and/or partner success experience
  • Results-oriented mindset and proven track record of driving impact through operational optimization
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for problem-solving
  • Strong project management skills and proven ability to balance competing priorities, self-manage workload, and pivot as needed
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically while managing tactical implementation, balancing both long‐term and short‐term demands
  • Experience building and architecting workflows in a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience with email automation and marketing (HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent data analysis, systems, and process skills; strong attention to detail
  • Experience using Excel and/or Google Sheets to track and manage partnership cultivation efforts and progress to benchmarks and targets is a must
  • Experience working in a startup environment and/or launching new initiatives is strongly preferred
  • Shared appreciation for and commitment to the mission and work of Lean In, Lean In Girls, Option B, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program
  • Commitment to being a strong advocate for equity, inclusion, and uplifting marginalized voices
