Job Description & Organizational Culture:

At 21st Century Leaders, our organization is truly a family, encompassing students, staff, volunteers, and partners. It's not just a cliché; it's a special place where people genuinely care for and support one another, creating an environment rarely found elsewhere.

Our impact goes beyond just immediate changes in our students' lives; it extends to the long-term, as evidenced by the incredible achievements of our alumni. They continue to make a difference in their communities and the workforce, and what's truly heartwarming is their unwavering passion to give back, even years after completing the program. Whether it's 35 years or just 2 years after high school, their dedication and impact are inspiring.

21st Century Leaders is authentically committed to the work and to our students. When we talk about leadership and a sense of belonging, we truly embody it. Our leadership, board members, and staff reflect the very students we serve. Since our founding in 1989, we've stayed true to our purpose and principles, continuously evolving while holding onto our core values.

The organization has an office in Decatur, Georgia (Metro Atlanta), but we offer a flexible, hybrid work environment with both in-office and remote options, giving you the freedom to excel in your role while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
