• Seminary or theological education (MDiv, MTS, MA, MAR, etc.)
• Experience in a mid-to large-size congregation preferred
• Ordination preferred
• Affirmation of progressive theology
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Willingness to engage with technology and church management systems
• Strong influence and communication skills
