KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Organizational Effectiveness to join our Talent & Culture organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support key initiatives within the Talent and Culture Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Team including our firmwide continuous listening (people survey) strategy, people analytics/insights, and providing OE expertise for strategic initiatives across Talent and Culture
  • Conduct analysis on large people surveys, identifying patterns across other people metrics (largely leveraging dashboards), to synthesize key insights and develop innovative solutions; create compelling presentation materials and communication assets to effectively convey key takeaways and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
  • Translate complex findings and results into easy-to-interpret, holistic and compelling “stories” by leveraging data driven insights, external research, internal and external networks, and experiential knowledge while staying updated with market conditions and trends
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to effectively serve as a subject matter expert; consult and diagnose stakeholder needs on a variety of OE-related topics, including measurement strategies, driving people experience/engagement, and effective change management while successfully managing multiple priorities
  • Leverage behavior change methodologies when leading or supporting Talent and Culture projects, including using behavioral science principles and change management tactics to drive effective behavior change and increase ROI of our programs
  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders by making connections across multiple information sources and contexts to help inform, enhance and design programs/initiatives in support of talent strategies and driving people experience 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum six years of recent experience with organizational effectiveness/organizational development experience; minimum two years of managing programs with stakeholders; preferably in a professional services or a similar environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, or a related field; Master's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • Comfort facilitating conversations with senior leaders and coaching/guiding them towards optimal decisions; ability to review internal/external information and provide a strategic point of view on various people-related topics
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint; general data acumen; understanding of data analysis best practices; ability to review robust survey dashboards/results to synthesize key insights and takeaways is required; exposure to areas such as organization assessment and design, survey design and analysis, measurement principles, project management/change enablement experience is a plus
  • Ability to tell a compelling story with data insights and translate complex findings into easy-to-interpret visuals; effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proactive with strong self-management capabilities to identify opportunities; develop strategic plans and approaches for various OE-related initiatives, and execute independently as well as through others; ability to travel/meet in person as needed
