Summary: The Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for the operations and coordination of various educational programs at Curana Health. This includes supporting learning operations of a variety of learning programs across Curana, including, for example, state-by-state rollouts of major new clinical programs for our Providers. The Coordinator will also partner with Clinical and other Curana Leaders to ensure that training is coordinated and assigned at the right times for the right people. Additionally, the coordinator will support the Learning Operations Sr. Manager in building and assigning learning programs using Workday, coordinate the learning intake process, and provide first-line customer support for our Learning inbox. This role may also involve backing up other Coordinators. This role reports to the Learning & Development Operations Sr. Manager. Responsibilities: Develop and run operational components of Learning and Development programs, including: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to keep training content updated within Workday and other educational hubs. Coordinating logistics for trainings and group discussions across different time zones and learner types. Supporting state-by-state rollouts of major new clinical programs. Partnering with Clinical and other Curana Leaders to ensure training is coordinated and assigned appropriately. Obtaining feedback, identifying opportunities, and implementing action plans to enhance training programs. Tracking learning programs and communicating with Leadership on learner's progress. Effectively manage assignments related to the routine operations, usage, and configuration of the LMS Assist with developing and revising learning activities (eLearning modules, virtual live sessions, assessments, etc.) in the LMS as needed, while troubleshooting training course issues and related inquiries. Be an engaged leader of the Learning and Development team. Managing the learning intake process and providing first-line customer support for the learning inbox. Backing up the other Coordinator during vacations or other absences. Be a positive Curana culture ambassador when working across teams and with new associates and providers. Support the CME process in collaboration with our accrediting partners, ensuring content creation meets compliance and accreditation requirements. Any and all other duties related to the position, as assigned. Comply with all Curana policies and uphold professional standards. Skills and Abilities: Superior organizational and logistical skills. Resourceful, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities. Understanding of the supportive, customer-service role of a shared service. Excellent communication skills, especially with proactive and timely messaging in a virtual-first organization. Self-starter, adapts well to change, comfortable building new processes or systems. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Requirements: Bachelor's or higher-level degree. Prior experience in program building, logistics, and people management, ideally within a learning and development team. Proficient in Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, and collaboration tools. Experience using Workday or similar LMS's required. Experience using project management tools required. Travel Requirements: Remote with up to 10% travel required for leadership development, team building, or to attend strategy meetings.
