Job Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties:
Collects and organizes participant survey data for 49ers EDU and 49ers PREP programs, leveraging insights to recommend program enhancements and opportunities.
Schedules and coordinates program engagements between 49ers Foundation’s direct service programs, 49ers EDU and 49ers PREP, and legacy beneficiaries to foster meaningful connections.
Tracks and manages the submission of quarterly impact reports from the 49ers Foundation’s five legacy beneficiary partners, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and grant accountability.
Handles program-related procurement, including ordering gear and supplies for events and activities.
Supports special projects related to legacy beneficiaries and direct service programs, such as the annual beneficiary summit, program-related development, and content creation to help celebrate to work of our award-winning charitable programs
Assists in preparing materials, reports, and presentations to showcase program impact to internal and external stakeholders.
Actively maintains and grows relationships with program staff, nonprofit partners, executive leadership, funders, and corporate partners.
Produces written materials (proposals, program presentations) for various audiences, including executive leadership, funders, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in data collection and reporting.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and suggest improvements to program operations.
Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams and communities, particularly youth-focused initiatives. Encourages open communication and builds consensus. Uses tact and discretion in dealing with sensitive information, and keeps stakeholders informed of decisions and directives as appropriate.
Ability to create and implement change and plans while maximizing employee adoption and engagement.
Education and Experience:
At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in program coordination, youth engagement, or nonprofit operations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and basic data management is a plus.
Experience in coordination of education or youth empowerment curriculum as well as implementation and evaluation of program effectiveness
Experience collaborating with groups representing marginalized communities, low-income communities, and other historically disenfranchised groups

The employee will be sitting in a typical office environment the majority of the time and will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions when observing outdoor programs.
The employee is frequently required to sit, use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
This position requires the ability to work extended hours and/or weekends.
This position has a hybrid schedule: some on-site at office or out in the field, some work from home
Travel:
Up to 30% of local travel time and <5% of intra and interstate travel requiring overnight stay are expected for this position.
