Job Requirements
The best candidate will possess the following qualities:
a strong commitment to the Christian faith, possessing qualities that exemplify Christian character so that he or she serves as a positive role model to persons on campus;
substantial experience in executive leadership, pastoral care, counseling, program development, teaching, worship leadership, and development/outreach skills;
the desire and ability to relate to the average college-age student population;
membership in an Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church; and
awareness of and commitment to following both the Wesleyan tradition and the qualifications required of those serving in ministry in the United Methodist Church set forth in our Book of Discipline.
