The Foundation is seeking an executive-level leader who will be responsible for leading the Foundation’s community-based strategy for improving child and family well-being in Atlanta, Georgia.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
- Familiarity and a demonstrated capacity to work effectively with Georgia partners
- Demonstrated experience with building collaborative relationships, engaging internal and external partners and developing strategies
- Experience with civic leadership approaches, including diverse partner engagement, capacity building, sharing best practices, and informing the field to share learnings and create partnerships
- Track record of success in key programmatic areas addressed in the Atlanta Civic Site portfolio
- Supervisory and management experience
